ValetPark is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners (Clients) with professional valet parking service providers (Drivers). Our service includes:

• Vehicle Parking Management: Secure parking and retrieval services
• Key Management: Professional handling and secure storage of vehicle keys
• Real-Time Tracking: Status updates via SMS and WhatsApp
• QR Code Verification: Secure pickup verification system
• OTP Authentication: Two-factor verification for security
• WhatsApp Integration: Convenient service management via WhatsApp messages
• Magic Links: One-click access to QR codes and session details

Service Availability

Our service is currently available in select locations in India. Service availability, hours, and features may vary by location.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use ValetPark, you must create an account by:

• Providing a valid mobile phone number
• Verifying your number through OTP
• Creating a secure password
• Selecting your user type (Client or Driver)

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP codes
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Logging out after each session on shared devices

Account Accuracy

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Update your information to keep it accurate
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

For Clients (Vehicle Owners)

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information (car number, make, model)
• Ensure your vehicle is in safe operating condition
• Maintain valid vehicle insurance and registration
• Remove valuable items from your vehicle before parking
• Keep your OTP codes and QR codes secure
• Present valid QR codes for vehicle pickup
• Report any issues or damages immediately
• Treat drivers with respect and professionalism

For Drivers (Valet Service Providers)

As a Driver, you agree to:

• Possess a valid driver's license and insurance
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Handle vehicles with care and responsibility
• Protect client information and privacy
• Report any incidents, accidents, or damages immediately
• Verify client identity through OTP before accepting keys
• Scan client QR codes for secure pickup verification
• Update session status accurately and promptly

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

5. WhatsApp Business Integration

WhatsApp Service

ValetPark uses the WhatsApp Business API to provide convenient parking management through WhatsApp messages. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Receive service notifications via WhatsApp
• Provide your phone number for WhatsApp messaging
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Terms of Service
• Understand that WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

WhatsApp Communication

We will send you WhatsApp messages for:

• OTP codes for parking sessions
• Parking status updates and notifications
• Pickup request confirmations
• Magic links for QR code access
• Important service announcements

Opt-Out

You can opt-out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from us
• Contacting our support team
• Adjusting your account preferences

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Collection

We collect and process:

• Personal information (phone number, name, email)
• Vehicle information (car number, make, model)
• Usage data (session history, timestamps)

7. Payments and Fees

Refunds and Cancellations

• Service issues: Case-by-case evaluation for refunds
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

8. Liability and Insurance

Service Limitations

ValetPark is a technology platform connecting users. We are not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of drivers or clients
• Quality of parking facilities
• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Personal property left in vehicles
• Traffic violations committed by users

Insurance Coverage

While we maintain insurance for our operations:

• Clients must maintain their own vehicle insurance
• Drivers must have valid driver's insurance
• Report all incidents immediately for claims processing
• Insurance coverage is subject to policy terms

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ValetPark SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
• THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ValetPark are owned by Techarion and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and use our mobile application
• Generate QR codes for your parking sessions

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written consent

10. Service Modifications and Termination

Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update pricing with 30 days' notice
• Change these Terms with notice to users
• Suspend service for maintenance

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You fail to pay fees owed
• Your account is inactive for over 2 years

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

11. Dispute Resolution

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ValetPark, Techarion, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding service quality or accuracy

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services (WhatsApp, SMS providers). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
